1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the North Side Services Co. website (the "Site") or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Services
North Side Services Co. provides pesticide fumigation services in Southeastern Ontario. All service descriptions on the Site are subject to availability, site assessment, and applicable laws and regulations.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Information you provide by email is used to provide estimates and schedule services. A formal quote may require an on-site inspection. Estimates are not binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.
4. User Representations
You represent that any information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you have authority to request services on behalf of the property owner or authorized party.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, North Side Services Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
